In order to get your mugs to you more quickly and in a more eco-friendly way, I have switched the printing of my mugs from in-house to a trusted production partner. This means less waste and a more efficient service! 🎉

Please be aware that mugs are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged. This is because they are made to order, especially for you. 

Whilst every attempt is made to replicate the colours in the image you can see, there can sometimes be a slight unavoidable variance in the end result. Mugs will not be categorised as faulty unless there is a significant difference between the end result and the illustration image shown. 

Packaging

The mugs will come packaged in a plain cardboard box with a sticker featuring my logo and a packing slip.
